Emergency Pizza Party - Shine Avenue

Time for yet another album review!

Yes, Emergency Pizza Party a nerdcore rap group that is simply amazing. Their songs are extremely funny and will make you laugh no matter what. If you want the album then go here, it's free and legit. Time to actually review.

I downloaded EPP because of the name, I mean who wouldn't want to listen to a band called Emergency Pizza Party, this just happened to be the first album by them that I downloaded. (Get their other album here too!) This was when I was first getting into nerdcore and at the time I'd loved Kabuto the Python much more than I do now, I still like him he's just not my favorite artist, and them having him on the first track made me happy. Speaking of the first track, the intro will make you laugh a lot as long as you're okay with the word faggot. "Hyperbolic Torture Chamber" is a funny dialog about diss jokes (AKA: funny insults).

I generally don't like girl rappers, but I surprisingly like Betty Rebel. She and the whole band know what they're doing. Anyways to the topic of songs, I really doubt that their is a secret meaning of seriousness on this entire album. (And if you enjoy Rappy McRapperson he's on this album as well in one song). The beats for the songs fit, and they make you want to listen to the song. They're just fun.

I don't think there is a song I don't like on this album to be honest. I wouldn't say it's the greatest album, but I love what they're doing and how they're doing it. I'd give it a 9/10, now go download it.

  3. :D I'll get around to their other album, but I plan on reviewing mostly free albums. I'll probably post something at the beginning saying whether an album isn't free (legally).
